2-Day Camp
Day One:
Day one will focus on OL/DL development and drills specific to fundamental development. Proper Technique is a key indicator of success in the trenches. We will also have drills to help athletes work on their agility speed and movement. Speed and agility will help you remove false steps and maintain leverage in the trenches. We will also have a high focus on hand placement, hand speed, and proper footwork on both offensive line. Stance and start are key indicators of success in the trenches so we will ensure that athletes have proper stance and start techniques.
Day Two:
Day two will be our competition period. This will be your opportunity to compete and showcase your talent. You will have an opportunity to show your offensive and defensive skills and compete to be a “Trench Monster". You will compete with kids in your age group. We welcome edge rushers/LB’s to participate in the two day Trench Monster Challenge as well.
